Program Name: Land & Legacy / Acre Elite (Direct to Owner Program) / Tax Deed Program / Acre Boyzz Farming
This Billing Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing payment, billing, and subscription access for members participating in the Selected Program offered by Acre Boyzz Academy / Land & Legacy (“Company”).
1. Services Provided
Upon purchase, members receive access to digital course content, as well as enrollment in our private online community, which includes ongoing support, content updates, and exclusive resources.
2. Payment Terms
All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes. By submitting your payment, you agree to be charged as outlined:
One-Time Course Payment
Monthly Membership Fee - for continued access to the online community
Membership fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file every 30 days from the date of initial enrollment unless cancelled in accordance with this agreement.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of the course materials and access to proprietary content,
no refunds will be issued for any reason once a purchase has been completed. This includes initial course fees and recurring membership charges.
4. Recurring Subscription
By enrolling in the membership program, you agree to a monthly recurring subscription for access to the online community and related content.
Opt-Out: You may cancel your membership at any time prior to your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Cancellation Process: Cancellations must be submitted via your account dashboard or in writing to [email protected] at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle begins.
5. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we will make additional attempts to collect payment. Access to the membership community may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
6. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time, with notice provided via email or account notification.
7. Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Billing Service Agreement in full.
